At Les Jumelles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed, typically within 5-7 business days.
